it could be a sign that maybe koss is trying to shake out some
more shares before the close of the qt. they my be planning to
buy before next tue. retail sales have been pretty good this
summer. the 1st & 2nd qt. comprise about 54-56% of sales for the
year, maybe even higher this round. i think we could see revs.
around $9.2 mil so with fewer shares out we could see eps north
of .30 per.

my broker is also showing that fidelity is now the largest
institutional holder with just over 400,000 shares in two accounts.
