Dont use the word "murder" to describe people killed during a war. Actually, the vast majority of Iraqis who have died have been killed by other Iraqis. The two sides of the civil war are the ones murdering each other, plus some of the forewign terrorists.

Also, except for a new homicidal nutballs, the US military is very good about not killing civilians. Of course in any war, there are always mistakes. Especially when insurgents hide amongst civilians and in fact ARE civilians.
