dems have always spent like mad men. All of Reagan's budget's were DOA, it was a standing joke at the time. Reagan told the Dems he just wanted money to put the Russians out of Business, with that the dems made it an open wallet, tripling entitlements.Reagan wanted a line item veto to end that excess spending, but the dems voted it down. Now all you hear is how reagan spent like a mad man, but it was the dems. If you lived back then you would know
