Lipo, from the price revenue ratio standpoint, is currently the best buy in the Biotech sector. The Liposome drug delivery system is the drug delivery system of the future and everyone knows it. Enough time has elapsed for all the bad news to come out, there was no SEC investigation and there will not be, and there is minimum down side risk and upside potential outweighs any downside risk. Dispite the fact that everyone hates Dart, and does not like to see him make money, as a premier biotech, this stock will be back in the twenties in 3 months. cj
