Activity intends to award a contract on a non-competitive basis for A
BioVeris Corporation M-Series M1M System Rugged Laptop and Locker which
includes a Start-up Reagent set and bar code scanner. The M-Series M1M
Reagent Package which contains: BV Clean Plus solution, BS-Glo Plus
Solution, BV-Store Solution, BS-Diluent Solution, BV-Sanitive Solution,
M-Series Position and Negative calibrators and the M-Series M1M
Software Kit will also be included in this award. The anticipated award
will be made under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR
6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, to BioVeris Corporation
Gaithersburg, MD 20877. BioVersis Corporation is the only source to
possess the data rights required to manufacture this equipment. THIS IS
NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis
of offers received in response to this notice. All inquiries and
