Sapp's HipHopSodaShops Are Heading to Miami and Oakland While H3Enterprises Makes Breaking News on Tampa TV
Tuesday July 25, 1:08 pm ET

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 2006--Warren Sapp, all-time NFL Great, was interviewed last night on ESPN's QUITE FRANKLY with Stephen A. Smith where he discussed his new role with H3Enterprises, Inc. (OTC:HTRE - News) and the opening of his HipHopSodaShops in Tampa and Orlando. Sapp also said that he would likely be opening SodaShops in Miami, where he won a National Championship with "The U," and in Oakland, where he currently plays.

Just this morning two prominent members of TeamH3 appeared on WFLA's DAYTIME program following the TODAY SHOW where several new company achievements were announced. First appearing on behalf of HTRE was the newly named Chief Communications Officer, Adrian Walton, who explained that HipHopSodaShops were as much about the environment being provided for the Hip Hop generation as it was about the food. He explained how people who enjoy competitive CyberSports can play in their own homes on H3's breakthrough competitive CyberSports website and league, H3Players.com, or come to the SodaShops and compete live with friends and celebrities.

Walton also gave samples of "BG7" White Tea Energy Blast to DAYTIME's Hosts Dan & Cyndi. BG7 is the first Energy Drink to be made with White Tea and is named for one of the greatest crunch-time performer in the NBA today, Ben "Get Clutch" Gordon of the Chicago Bulls. Although both hosts complimented the drink, Cyndi liked it so much she was soon creating a hip hop tune of her own. Walton handed over his hat and sunglasses to complete her rapper style while she drank her BG7 & rapped her tune. BG7 will be hitting the shelves in Chicago in late August.

Chef Louis Bougazelli, H3's Director of Restaurant Operations, prepared the H3Rap entitled "The Makavelli's Last Supper" in studio and discussed the healthy and affordable aspects of the HipHopSodaShop menu.

Walton announced that the newest HipHopSodaShop location set for 14th Street in Manhattan has completed successful lease negotiations and that the company expects to acquire occupancy in the next few weeks. This location is jointly owned by HTRE's Chicago Developer and New York native Ben Gordon and Harlem Hip Hop sensation and Juelz Santana.

Cyndi & Dave closed the program by telling the audience to stop by and complimenting the Chef on his delicious and innovative H3 Wraps.
