I know.. And what happened to "states rights" for that decision.. All the right wing nutcases used to preach "states rights".. And ELECTION LAW has always been the EPITOME of so-called states rights.. But when the bush selection WAS NEEDED, they could give a sheet about state's rights, they ran to the HIGHEST court in the NATION, and so overruled their so-called "states rights" doctrine..LOL.. What a joke!! Until now, once again with stem cell research.. LOL.. Jesus, Joseph and Mary!!!.. What hypocrites.. They are so shallow, other than their 23%, they are so easy to see through.. You would think they would become embarassed at some point, but oh NO.. For to be embarassed, one has to have shame. But they don't.. Unfortunately.. :( And that is the problem..
