Look in RTECs recently released 10Q. That will give you the hard facts you want. The company states that Sun is drastically reducing the purchases of hyperSparc processors from Ross. Ross is trying to replace this business with systems sales. Even if they are successful, they will have replaced high margin processor sales with low margin workstation sales (RTEC will have to basically buy the business to get into it in a meaningful way.) Falling sales, falling margins... falling stock.
