Sounds like two of the phases of the Kondratief Cycle. Those would be correct for the first two phases of the current Kondratief up till 1981. Current US 4th phase is the Kondratief Winter where deflation is expected. I don't totally buy intot he idea that the K Cycle will repeat. The past sample isn't really big enough for statistical signficance. But makes more sense than a Saturn cycle :)
