"Have you priced the WP8 upgrade at your local CompUSA?"

Actually I purchased WP8 upgrade for about $120 several months ago. I agree that the price has always been less than advertized. Also, you don't need to even own an old version to buy the upgrade, which is the full product. I have lost a little on cosff in the past, when everthing else was going up, rather discouraging, I must admit. And the information they put out regarding finances is alway way off mark.

But, let me say that I like WP8 very much, and I hate MS-word very much (and I've used it a lot). WP8, Ventura, and Draw are all execellent products, and I suspect that WP8 and Draw are both selling well. Also, Q4 was very strong last year. In Q2, they really stuffed the pipeline to save face, but it bit them in Q3. They also decided to pay the piper in Q3 with draining the pipeline. So they are positioned for a good Q4, or at least some good news. But, like you seem to be, I am very leary, and don't expect much. My position is based on this analysis, so we'll see. I bought options for a buck a piece, so if it goes to 6 or higher, I'll do good, but I don't have too much to lose, but of course no one wants to lose anything.
