Gary, Quite true, Vivus has had a nice run lately. It was at 30 1/2 before some negative rumors ran it down to 27 1/2. It took a few days for Vivus to dispel the rumors and retrace back up to 30 1/2, My feeling is that Vivus has actually only gone up approx 7 points and that equates to only 25%. Based on earnings potential I see high 40's as a more realistic trading range. Last quarter Vivus hit its high of 31 1/8 on the day of its earnings announcement. This quarter we will probably see similar action provided we don't get a short squeeze. From the action I've seen today it looks like the longs are holding firm. We have plenty of time on our side. If the short position is still high come thursday the squeeze will become a reality. Stay Flexible RT
