Interesting quote from that Ottawa Citizen article:

"The decline of Corel shares has created an opportunity for aggressive
investors, he said, while advising more conservative investors to wait another quarter before buying."

Aggressive investors generally are the most successful over the short term.

As an aggressive investor, I call this stock a buy. For those of faint heart wait for 4th Qtr results.
