Don't sell, this is a shake out before a major move up.
I did get through to Cynthia - their investors relations officer in New York. Here are the main points of the conversation:

1. The President did file those 40,000 , but he still has about 78,000 left, and he is the only one selling.

2. The President was in NY few days ago to talk to money managers. She quoted him as saying that he expects a "great year." This was in responce to my question of whether next quater is expected to be as good or better as the last one. She said the answer is yes.

3. There are negotiations going on with 3 companies regarding a possible buy out. She can't name them. There are also a number of negotiations going for marketing and development partnerships.

4. The general mood that she tried to project was positive.
