Republicans are big taxers. They tax the middle class and the upper middle class in order to give it to MegaCorps and the UltraWealthy. That is their self-proclaimed BASE.

If you're for aristocracy, dictatorship, serfdom and high taxes then you should vote Republican...each and every time.

Since you obviously don't know, taxes come in many forms to reduce the amount of money that can be used for discretionary spending. It comes in the form of increased state and local taxes, increased fees and even in increased energy costs. On top of that taxation, the profligate spending of Republicans is increasing the cost of consumer goods and services and, finally, the cost of borrowing.

Have you SEEN the latest housing stats?

Therefore, because of Bush and Cheney et al, you are being taxed by ExxonMobil AND you're paying them corporate welfare while they're making record profits. If this equation appeals to you then vote Republican.

Stop taking such a simplistic view. It makes you ripe for rightwing propaganda.
