...any given individual can be born uncivil, never taught civility, and never learned the value of civility. They're incorrigible, and need to be consigned to another forum until they learn better manners... Interesting too, is the effect of the anonymity afforded by the net, as well as the safe distance involved. I strongly suspect that 95% of the vituperation flung about on these forums would disappear if the posters were brought together in the same room. Odd that, and perhaps worthy of a study by those more learned in such matters than I.
