Rick I was unaware of this new rule. It will be quite interesting to see how it affects the stocks. Especially those with wide spreads. I think Iunderstand what you are saying. If the market makers had a spread of 12 1/2 x 13 1/8 and some one wanted to sell at 12 3/4 and someone wanted to buy at 13, then the new spread would have to show 12 3/4 x 13? If this isn't it could you please try to explain to me. Thank you. Cary
