<iAt best, what you have now is a fairly major amount of criminal activity. That is very different from a war. Funny.. when someone threatens to kill me, I'm not willing to downgrade the threat being posed to me as merely verbal, or even an intent to commit aggravated assault against me.. I take them at their word and assume that, if they are able to achieve the capability of carrying out that threat, they will do so... And since Al Qai'da declared war upon the US as far back as 1996, it seems rather silly to quanitify they attacks they have carried out as mere "criminal activity". You may consider it mere criminality, but from their perspective, it's total war. Hawk
