I've been buying for the past couple of months (since 7/24/97). The fundamentals look extremely good and after my visit to their headquarters and meeting with Michael, their CEO, I was convinced that it's a good long term buy. The only negative has been the wide spread due to the mm's. However, now that the spreads appear to be more reasonable, this should help the stock because it will make it more attractive to individuals who stay away from wide spread stocks. There was no specific news that got me in at 12 15/16. I've been accumulating shares the past two months and this simply happened to be another purchase that I had put into the hopper. Rick
