How about this- you can post a link to pointed, and even insulting articles, AS LONG AS you warn people- and say:
"Here is a link to a partisan article that insults...."

At least that way people 1. do not have to click on the article and 2. we all know that the person posting the article understands the article is partisan AND insulting. If one can't bring oneself to admit an insulting article is partisan (I've never seen one that wasn't), I don't think one should be allowed to post it. I don't think it would be valuable to argue about the insults- because that sort of thing tends to get ugly. Does that seem fair?

What do the rest of you think?
