Anyone who follow EXEL notice that the CEO Scangos has been selling for long time?

I haven’t paid attention to his selling (which may be just normal selling for a CEO), but I think Scangos has more than a modicum of con man in his makeup.

His recent actions vis-à-vis the ANDS situation are shameful, IMHO.
