Israel places their military assets as far from the civilian population as they can in a small country. Hezbollah places their military assets as close to the civilian population as they can. They store rockets in apartment complexes. They fire from right next to UN outposts to cause retaliation to inflict civilian damage. They fire rockets from Christian communities so that their Hezbollah homes are spared and innocent people become casualties. The do the same with Red Cross. How is the Red Cross to Red Crescent casualty ratio? It would be an important indicator because an anti Israel leftwingnut would accuse Israel of targeting the muslim relief if they could.
