Venezuela charges 11 cents a gallon of gas. Maybe for retail gasoline sales in Venezuela. Chavez is the type of person who might support such silly subsidies. But they don't charge XOM, or BP, or Shell, or anyone outside of Venezuela 11 cents a gallon for oil or gasoline. You should be ashamed of yourself. You should take a basic economics course. If you already have, take it again, it didn't stick.
