A friend of mine just dropped off a copy of Jim Dines "How The Average Investor Can Use Technical Analysis For Stock Profits : an in-depth work on stock market Technical Analysis, mob psychology and Fundamentals."

Only Dines would have a title that long! It's the size of a dictionary (navy blue hard back)....this thing has never been read. It was printed in October, 1972 - 3000 copies. I think this is the holy grail for Dine's followers. The dedication says : "This book is dedicated to those who will obsolesce it." With a dedication like that I better stop talking about it.

A 1/3000 edition. I know of one other; which my friend bought for himself. He's a new follower of Dines and was fascinated when I told him the myth of this book. So he goes and buys TWO! He claims that I will put it to good use. We shall see, but it feels like Christmas in July! RGRDS - JT

** I'm sure I will post a quote from time to time.
