"we have tons of oil off fla and calif. the USA hasn't peaked" 1970 production from the US was about 10M bpd, it is now about 3Mbpd, so this magical oil off the coasts will bring in 7+ M bpd? Facinating... Agian, peak oil means peak production, not peak reserves.
