We do know a lot of interesting annecdotes.....

If they don't stay above 1.0, they risk delisting very soon, which is VERY bad. Below 1, the stock is worth little more than company assets. No news recently, but forcasts of profitability, near zero burn-rate and lots of new contracts with big names in the last quarter make book-value-trading seem like such a steal. Without these contracts, company was nearly breakeven with plenty of cash.

We are entering the blackout period.

Insiders should be buying this stock like crazy, if for nothing else than to keep it above 1.... unless their future isn't so bright. Insider buying should end any day due to blackout.

Now that we are above 1, I am watching very light volume again so far today. If it keeps going up on high volume for the next couple days, we know it's real. If it stays just above 1 on lighter volume, we know it's butt-saving.

Either way, I don't see a downside and I do see LOTS of upside VERY soon.
