And in the interest of balance, here's the BSA own legal issue website: bsalegal.org See, especially, their FAQ. bsalegal.org FYI, I don't have a dog in the fight, just find the passionate clashing of opinions on these issues bemusing from time to time. If the Boy Scouts can exclude girls, and the Girl Scouts can exclude boys, then any other form of lawful discrimination doesn't punch my buttons at all.
