What exactly is a "pink tutu Dem" anyway? If I may ask that (and I hope that I may).

My definition of "pink tutu Dem": a member of the opposition party who is too timid to provide opposition.

Perhaps caused by an irrational fear of appearing uncivil and/or taking the advice of weak-kneed consultants.
