remember that geology people just tuk jeeailogee cause they couldn't spell "kat" (literatshure was out) and they were too uncoordinated for basket weaving.

as far as seeing golt, you don't need to see it. in fact you don't even need to assay it. all you need is plenty of paper, and a good IR department. It took Bre-X years to find out that their golt was the wrong kind. it happens. just keep selling paper til you find out. a lot of people think de guzman had an ethical problem. perhaps he did. but I think the jungle heat just made his glasses fog up and make him think there was golt there. it just goes to show, the more experts you get in one room the harder it is to determine just what is wrong with the baby. all it takes is one mother to change the diapers.

on another topic I will bet a month's bills that not one person in 10,000 on the average could come up with a chemical method to positively determine the substance you have in your hand is gold. there is an interesting story with regard to that concerning Sutter's Mill and a women prospector they had with them from Carolina when the major discovery was made on the American River in 1848.
