I couldn't disagree more. In fact Qcom's value chain is getting stronger by the day. Their growing earnings are evidence of that. All the FUD in the world is not going to stop the deployment of WCDMA/CDMA globally. Its the only game in town for developed markets globally. Nokia will pay up too.
