The fact of the matter is you cannot make any conclusion about the 21% who didn't answer the question. You attempt to hand wave the data to yield the results you want is intellectually dishonest. Not that seems to bother you, but I have to point it out. You still haven't answered the question that, assuming your conclusion is correct, why is it the case? Your attempt to cook the numbers might give some insight, but what is your excuse?
