It's a question of degree. Yes, I joined you and others on Yahoo, in playing the who's who guessing game from time to time, but no one even comes close to spending as much time on it as Stockalot. I have surely lost track of how many people he has accused of being Bob Brinker, Jr., for example, but it has to be a large number. He did it again on Yahoo just within the past day. I think what he is doing is hugely excessive, and when the subject of his speculation tells him he is wrong, he keeps harassing them about it on a daily basis. You and I certainly never went that far.
As you so correctly pointed out one time, Yahoo makes it easy to post under multiple screen names on one account. What do we have here, six or eight posters now in this thread? Most of them were on Yahoo, so at six allowed screen names per account, that would explain up to 48 screen names. It seems very arbitrary to me for Stockalot to think that one poster, whom he doesn't happen to like, was responsible for a large number of them. |
