Carlyle Group is likely involved in Dubai Ports. They are very secretive but they have a large operation in Dubai and bought CSX along with Dubai Ports three months before its CEO Snow was appointed to be Secretary Of Treasury. Carlyle is the most likely place for GW Bush to end up, one of the few places he can rack up huge fees for doing almost nothing but trade off his name.
