I think you have the gist of it. Seymour Butan is a light manufacturing, marketing, sales, and distribution specialist with 45+ years of experience, successes, and connections. The "Breath" strips are only one product in some various flavors. If I understand it correctly, there appears to be about 6+ different product lines all with their own brand name to proceed with. I.e., the ones with the American Ginseng could be a JV or co-marketing deal with someone like RSHN and be called something like Super-RUSH; a little picker-upper for the guy on the go.
Where Pfizer, et al, are the lions in the Drug Store & Supermarket barn, there is still a whole world of other opportunities out there that the el-Biggo's don't mess with. Enter NXTN, and "..boogie-oogie-oogie....... Point-of-Sale counter displays at truck stops, 2nd-Tier and private convenience stores, magazine stands in cities, and not-Big chain stores will probably bring in a lot of revenue. Then they can advertise on radio and cable TV, and perhaps contract for wall and/or floor mounted dispensing units once the brand name is more recognized.
This should be very interesting in the long run.
John :-)
