Right - I mentioned that patent filing in particular because of the Listerine/Pfizer possibilities. I must say that they are not the only breath freshener strip patent seekers - there are a bunch more!!!! And breath strips themselves appear to be quite common - at least that is the impression I get reading the patent literature. There are a lot of IMPROVEMENTS being filed for.

Many companies are involved, if I am any judge of the patent filings I saw, and NXTN or whatever more appropriate name they choose could play a big part in it.
