To reiterate my post, should anyone find it offensive, I am not being dogmatic about the validity of anyone's belief system. I am merely observing that a person's heritage and family play a significant role in its development. Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Srinivasa Ramanujan, and Abdus Salam were all brilliant mathematicians of varied origins. It is hardly controversial or surprising this was reflected in their religious beliefs.
