Good luck with your racing, in my experience (depending on where you live) there's no better training than P-races at the velodrome--all year long, particularly, if you find yourself finishing a road sprint in 6th/7th and are having a hard time getting the upgrade. Besides, only track sharks can properly handle a bike:) (but, as you've probably guessed--i'm a little biased).
