Bush was warned on 8-6-01 of a major impending Al Qaida attack inside the US possible using hijacking. He did nothing. After the attacks, he promised to hunt down those responsible. But after a good start, Bush left Osama Bin Laden at Tora Bora then switched all attention to Iraq which he has turned into a huge disaster, far more dangerous than it was before, are a huge breeding ground for terrorists.

Nobody has helped world terrorism as much as Bush has. Just remember that. Never judge Bush on his tough talk, only on his results. He has been in power far too long for us to care about promises, only proven results. And they are very-very POOR on counter-terrorism.
