Triax Diversified High-Yield Trust TRH.IRShares issued 147000001997-09-23 close $7.4Wednesday Sep 24 1997Mr Gordon McMillan reports Triax has arranged a distribution of $0.20297 per instalment receipt, payable on October 15 1997 to unitholders of record on October 3 1997. The distribution consists entirely of interest income and provides unitholders with an estimated annualized yield of approximately 11% based upon the closing market price of $7.40 on September 23 1997 and approximately 10.2% based upon the issue price of $8.00. The trust's net asset value per instalment receipt, inclusive of distributions, has increased from the $8.00 issue price to $9.09 as at September 23 1997.
