IMO the major impact of a break down in the North Atlantic Conveyor would be in inland northern Europe. Britain would get cooler, but no reason why London would be much cooler than Vancouver BC today. Today its climate is temperature wise the same as Seattle a couple of degrees further south. Sweden though would turn into the Yukon/Northern Alberta etc
