Let's just put your post in perspective.

You were denying that the U.S. green lighted Indonesia's invasion of East Timor in 1976, even in light of the fact that Preseident Ford and Kissinger met Suharto the day before he invaded, and then the U.S. armed and funded Indonesia throughout the genocide, most notably increasing shipments when Indonesia began running out of ammunition. Of course, since then, the final evidence did come out that we gave the green light.

So, your analysis of high-level meetings is worth less than nothing. It is disinformation.
