I spoke to their I.R. fellow today. According to him, the reason why their filings lapsed is because their auditor underwent a kidney transplant and couldn't complete the financials. Restructuring is apparently underway, new board members are being courted, and an audit is underway. Estimated time to get all this cleaned up is estimated at 90 days. If anyone has additional info, please post it. Regards, JK
