Don't be silly. If Brinker says on the radio "We added a new fund to our recommended list" or "We took profits in that fund" he is not required to update a non paying radio audience with full details. Likewise, if I mention to someone on a free site something to the effect "I liked that recent price so I bought some more shares at price x" then I am under no obligation to update everyone on free site of every buy and sell after that. If folks want to know what I do going forward, they can pay me. If they don't care, they can get on with their lives and ignore me. What they can't do is lie about me and think I'll sit still for it. We ARE obligated to truthfully report the overall effectiveness of our moves (recommended newsletter buys and sells) in our advertised performance numbers. You and I agree Bob Brinker is grossly lacking in that department.
