Whatever you want to call it, appeasement,agreement.. concessions on BOTH SIDES... OK, you didn't really mean appeasement. Appeasement in this context is about voluntary concessions by the victim to buy off the aggressor. Which IMO is a terrible idea because it rewards undesirable behavior.
