John, talking about 'moving packages', it was a surprise to me.... One of my sons is transferring to Bartlesville, OK next month due to a buyout of his company by ConocoPhillips.... ConocoPhillips will buy his home (about $300,000) for whatever it appraises for, and take over selling it... Couldn't be more generous !
