Did they? That point is under dispute. Over 600 Lebanese dead and billions of dollars worth of buildings and infrastructure have been destroyed because two Israeli soldiers were kidnapped. That makes a lot of sense.....NOT! Under dispute? Whatever... The last prisoner exchange, the hezbos got 400 of their fellow terrorists released. I don't think killing 600 Lebanese was what they were hoping for when they kidnapped two Israelis this time.
