The problem is that the US and Israeli militaries are upset that their opponents or enemies or conquests refuse to pay their kind of ball. They keep doing what they want to do regardless of the results on the ground or in world opinion.

The US is close to spending as much time in Iraq as we spent on WWII. It's inane and a waste of taxpayer money and US and Iraqi lives.

Israel seems destined to live in eternal conflict blaming the rest of the world that it is anti-Semitic. It's inane and will likely be overrun by the demographics anyway.

Neither rightwing government can admit mistakes, can change course and can do something different. Their only answer is more brutality, more bombs, more money and more human misery.
This is like someone saying, 'beatings will continue until morale improves.'

Yep, that works. Yep, that's moral.
