If I may answer:

I don't know about short term, but For fundamental reasons looking into 98 and the new plant, things look better. ALDA has lowered prices on shafts in order to gain marketshare. This, of course, affects the bottom line. When they get their plant on line, margins will improve in a better marketshare environment. This is just a good bidness plan which many company's use in this situation. IF things don't get going next year, then I too will be disappointed.

BTW, they paid cash for the construction of the plant.
