And you think sanctions will work with a little retooling under that situation. What a sick joke.

In that case retooling is an absolute necessity. Little was done. That was the downfall of the sanctions.

The war effort is a bigger failure than the failed sanctions. Nine billion in cash...gone. Rampant Civil war. 10's of thousands killed. Control of Iraq is likely going to be the Shia and Iran. This is the sick joke.
