You failed to see OAKT's loss of some .44 /share the 4th qtr of 1996 OAKT had 7 consecutive qtrs of earnings increases the last being some .52 / share . Then the bombshell loss - quite a feat of management for the benefit of insiders. . At around the same time frame IMPX management was mailing out flyers of how great business was for them while the stock was trading above 20 then down to the teens then down, down. I compare the beautiful stock price manipulation of OAKT with the equally impressive scamm the management at IMPX pulled off. They 'got lucky' does not fit my friend. As I said before about IMPX if one is looking for new management to do differently - well many times birds of a feather. But hey one can find much better investments then impx even if we are dealing with Saint David Law and associates. Bob
