My shares converted in my account already this morning. I think the stock is simply starting to seek its more correct levels based upon that comment by Steve Sulja. News about more Mideast projects and new or expanded USA projects should help, as will collecting by deep-pocketed people who learn of Sulja overseas. John :-) .
